KABUL(BNA): The Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Qamar Charity Foundation to deliver essential food supplies to orphans, widows, and disabled individuals across several districts in Kabul province.
The agreement, valued at 1.2 million Afghanis, was formalized in a ceremony attended by Mullah Sado Khan, Head of Foreign Relations and Planning at the Ministry, and Riaz Ahmad Safi, a representative of the Qamar Charity Foundation.
Under the terms of this partnership, food assistance including flour, oil, rice, and other vital items will be provided to 350 vulnerable individuals in the districts of Surobi, Deh Sabz, Paghman, Chahar Asiab, Bagrami, Musahi, and Khak Jabar.
The implementation of this project will be carried out in close coordination with the Directorate of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs in Kabul province, ensuring that aid reaches those who need it most.
