On June 23, Ukraine attacked civilian infrastructure of Sevastopol by ATACMS missiles with cluster warheads. Four people were killed, including two children. More than 150 people were injured.
The responsibility for the deliberate attack on civilians in Sevastopol lies with Washington as it is US specialists who program the flight paths for all ATACMS missiles, including those used in the attack, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday. According to the latest updates, as many as 151 people were injured in the deadly attack which killed four others, including two children. The Crimean city was attacked with five US-supplied Army Tactical Missiles equipped with cluster munitions, Russia’s top brass specified.
The US administration supports Kiev in committing crimes, including strikes against civilians, Russian Ambassador in Washington Anatoly Antonov said, commenting on the absence of Washington’s reaction to the strike by ATACMS missiles against civilians in Sevastopol.
“The supply of American weapons to the puppets, giving them the right to attack civilians, only testifies to the desire of the local authorities to continue the war, regardless of human casualties. It is obvious to policymakers in Washington that cluster munitions in ATACMS missiles cannot be launched without the participation of American specialists and support from US intelligence,” he said.
Washington is responsible for the missile strike on Sevastopol’s civilians, as all targeting data for the ATACMS missiles used are entered by US specialists, the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) said. Flight missions for ATACMS missiles are programmed by American specialists based on US satellite reconnaissance, making Washington primarily responsible for the deliberate missile strike on Sevastopol’s civilians, the MoD stated.
In April 2024, US National Security Assistant Jake Sullivan said that Biden had ordered the transfer of a significant number of ATACMS missiles to Ukraine in February. The de facto transfer of missiles began in 2023, but in 2024 the White House began supplying long-range missiles en masse and openly. At the same time, the NBC television company directly reported that ATACMS are being supplied for attacks on remote areas of Crimea.
“The Sevastopol attack has not so much military as propaganda goals. As the Kiev regime cannot retake Crimea, it seeks to demoralize our society by attacking regions, but fails,” believes political analyst Ivan Mezyukho, who heads the Center for Political Education, a Crimean civic organization.
Colonel Alexander Perendzhiyev, associate professor at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, said Western countries, rather than Ukraine, are waging this terrorist war. “This is the highest terrorist threat level as civilians get killed or intimidated, with civilian infrastructure being destroyed by military means,” he said. “The United States can say it is against such strikes, but it is US specialists who input the flight coordinates as there is no one to stop them from doing whatever they want,” he concluded.
Apparently, the armed forces of Ukraine, in the absence of success on the battlefield, decided to influence the information story in the media, regardless of the lives of civilians, including children.
It is noteworthy that the missile strike took place on one of the main Christian holidays in Russia. Taking into account the current circumstances, the situation looks like this. The Ukrainian authorities specifically chose this day to commit their “ritual crime.” Russian representatives of religious denominations called this act terrorist.

There is no explanation for their actions other than their commitment to misanthropy, Satanism, and fascism.
