KABUL(BNA): The Saudi Arabian Embassy for Afghanistan has announced the resumption of its operations in the capital, Kabul.

In a post on its official X account, the embassy stated that this step reflects the Saudi government’s commitment to serving the people of Afghanistan. The embassy confirmed that it resumed its activities on December 22.

This development comes as officials of the Islamic Emirate have previously emphasized maintaining good relations with many countries worldwide, noting that Afghanistan’s political ties with the international community are steadily expanding.
