Marvi Khurshid Malik, daughter of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) senior leader Senator Sherry Rehman, has passed away. Her funeral prayers and burial will be held on Monday at 3:30 pm in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
Expressing grief over the loss, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi termed her death an “unbearable loss” and extended heartfelt condolences to Senator Sherry Rehman and her family. He prayed that Allah grants Marvi a high place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and gives strength to the bereaved family.
PPP Secretary General Syed Nayyar Hussain Bokhari and PPP Sindh President Nisar Khuhro also expressed deep sorrow over her passing.
Shazia Marri said the news of Marvi Malik’s death was profoundly saddening, calling it an irreparable loss, and expressed heartfelt sympathy with Senator Sherry Rehman and her family. She added that party workers stand in solidarity with the grieving family during this difficult time.
