Islamabad, Feb 7 (Asia Free Press): Saudi Interior Minister Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud bin Naif has arrived in Islamabad on a day-long visit to Pakistan.

He was received by Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed at Noor Khan Airbase Rawalpindi.

The interior ministers of the two countries will hold delegation level talks and discuss matters of mutual interest and regional situation.

The Saudi Interior Minister will also call on President Dr. Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan.

A day earlier during a press conference held in Islamabad, Rashid said that Pakistan’s relationship with Saudi Arabia is extremely close to our hearts and minds.

He said that the issue of Pakistani prisoners in Saudi Arabia will be discussed in the meeting, adding Pakistan was already in touch with Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait for bringing back its prisoners.
