KABUL(BNA) – Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, recently met with tribal elders and mujahideen from Salang district in Parwan province and Sar-e Pol province in separate sessions.

As reported by ARG, the representatives from Salang district expressed their gratitude for the improved security and cooperation between the local population and the government. They mentioned that many local issues have been resolved since the Islamic Emirate took control, resulting in better coordination between officials and residents.

During the meeting, Salang representatives shared several proposals with the Deputy Prime Minister, including the construction of a grand mosque in their district and the immediate start of work on the southern Salang road.

In a separate session, the elders and mujahideen from Sar-e Pol praised the progress in their province under the Islamic Emirate’s administration. They voiced their satisfaction with the enhanced security and the initiation of various developmental projects.

Mawlawi Abdul Kabir commended the contributions and sacrifices of the Salang and Sar-e Pol representatives in their struggle against Western forces, thanking them for their cooperation with the Islamic Emirate.

He assured the Salang delegation that the construction of the grand mosque would be prioritized and emphasized that the reconstruction of Salang roads is a top priority for the Islamic Emirate, which will address the community’s needs upon completion.
