In the structure of the beam system, the traditional cold-rolled aluminum sheet stamping, welding, and riveting processes are abandoned, but the aluminum alloy one-time extrusion molding process is adopted. Under the new process, the mold investment is reduced by 40%, and the material utilization rate is increased by 50%.
