Also, who is the person with camera? Someone from our \u2018Great Media\u2019 orgs?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The appeal of these villagers, against eviction, is pending in the High Court. Couldn\u2019t the Govt wait till court order?,\u201d Hussain tweeted while sharing a video that showed Police brutally torturing and killed a Muslim in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A video of Thursday\u2019s clash, shared widely on social media, shows multiple police personnel and an anonymous cameraperson in plainclothes brutally thrashing and kicking a protester, who later reported died.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The state Hindu nationalist Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced to continue its actions against the local minorities and said \u201cThe eviction drive will continue.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe police were given a task to evict the encroachers and they were carrying out their work when they were attacked by people with stones and sharp weapons.
