{"id":453,"date":"2021-09-15T17:30:22","date_gmt":"2021-09-15T17:30:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.asiafreepress.com\/?p=453"},"modified":"2021-09-16T08:17:22","modified_gmt":"2021-09-16T08:17:22","slug":"ministry-of-foreign-affairs-debunks-indias-baseless-claims","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.asiafreepress.com\/en\/asia\/paksitan\/ministry-of-foreign-affairs-debunks-indias-baseless-claims\/","title":{"rendered":"Pakistan rejects India claim, accused New Delhi as terror sponsor state"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Ministry of Foreign Affairs debunks India\u2019s baseless claims<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ISLAMABAD, (AsiaFreePress): Pakistan on Thursday rejected the Indian government and media claims of busted a terror module linked with Islamabad and termed it baseless allegations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a statement, Pakistan foreign ministry spokesman Asim Iftikhar Ahmad said India couldn\u2019t hide its ugly face of terrorism as New Delhi behind the state sponsored terrorism in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe emphatically reject the Indian media&#8217;s baseless claims that Indian authorities have busted a so-called \u2018terror module\u2019 having alleged links with Pakistan\u201d, the Spokesperson said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, on Tuesday India claimed to have busted a terror module and arrested six persons who were planning to carry out attacks in the national capital New Delhi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a press conference, the Special Cell of Delhi police said that it had received an input from a central agency that a Pakistan sponsored group of is planning to execute serial attacks in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debunking the Indian claims, the Spokesperson said that this has been done in reaction to Pakistan\u2019s recent dossier in which India\u2019s atrocities and human rights violations in Kashmir were exposed.<br>He further added that such unfounded lies are a part of India\u2019s smear campaign to malign Pakistan and create a diversion from the recent developments with connection to Indian administered Kashmir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year Pakistan released a dossiers of Indian investment in terrorist acts in the country including sponsoring terrorist groups in Pakistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2016, Pakistan arrested Kulbushen Jadhav \u2013 who Pakistan says was a serving officer in the Indian Navy \u2013 in the town of Mashkel in the southwestern Balochistan province, a few miles from the border with Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allegedly disguised as Mubarak Hussein Patel, a Muslim, he was accused of running a spy network for the Research and Analysis Wing, India&#8217;s premier intelligence agency, from the Iranian port of Chabahar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Video confessions of his spying were also released, who confessed his involvement in dozens terrorist attacks and running a terror network in Pakistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Pakistani military court sentenced him to death in April 2017 on espionage and terrorism charges.
