In this context, Joe Biden\u2019s claim that they will mobilize nearly $600 billion from the G7 by 2027, a disguise to &#8220;confront&#8221; or &#8220;compete&#8221; with China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).&nbsp;Another \u2018carrot\u2019 as Global Times called it, or just a hoax to lure partners \u2018in its another dangerous game\u2019.<br>The purpose of the US, GT editorial said, &nbsp;is to sabotage the China-proposed BRI and the carrot it is dangling is in fact used by Washington to attack China.<br><br>Even though US has thrown out its claim to contribute $200 billion out of the $600 billion goal,the rest will be shared by the other six countries. For the US, however it is impossible, to take out $200 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biden\u2019s words have less takers in global markets as US has invested a merely $6 million in global infrastructure construction in past.
