Abdullah made those assertions while speaking to CNBC\u2019s Hadley Gamble, while claiming that Jordan sees itself as a partner of NATO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Abdullah\u2019s remarks come after reports that a US plan to establish an air defense alliance in the Middle East between a number of Arab states and Israel and the US-sponsored Middle Eastern alliance will be directed against Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking to Israeli lawmakers on June, Defense Minister Benny Gantz said that the \u201cMiddle East Air Defense Alliance\u201d is already underway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
