KABUL(BNA): The National Statistics and Information Authority has reported that from July 23 to August 22, a total of 2,337 foreign citizens entered and exited Afghanistan through various ports and airports.
According to the report, of these, 67 were women and 1,305 were men who entered the country, while 1,032 individuals, including 30 women, departed.
The data reveals that 1,283 people entered through land ports, while 22 arrived via airports. Notably, 236 visitors came to explore historical and archaeological sites, while the remainder traveled for work and study purposes.
The highest number of foreign arrivals was recorded at Nimruz Port, followed by other land ports and the airports in Herat, Torghund, Aqina, Faryab, Hairatan, and Balkh.
