KABUL(BNA): A high-level delegation from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has departed for Uzbekistan to participate in the 4th Tashkent International Investment Conference. The delegation is led by Nooruddin Azizi, the Minister of Industry and Trade, alongside Mawlavi Ahmadjan Bilal, the Director General of Emirate Companies.
The visit comes at the official invitation of Uzbekistan and aims to follow up on decisions and commitments made during previous meetings between the two countries.
During the conference, the Afghanistan delegation is expected to engage in discussions with Uzbek officials and representatives from other countries to enhance and expand economic and trade relations. The initiative underscores Afghanistan’s commitment to fostering international partnerships and attracting investment in its economy.
The outcomes of this conference are anticipated to strengthen ties between Afghanistan and Uzbekistan, paving the way for future collaboration in various sectors.
