Islamabad, Apr 8 (AsiaFreePress): Pakistan Security Forces have killed two terrorists in an intelligence based operation in Singi area near Mashkai in Balochistan.
According to ISPR, on the intervening night of April 7th and 8th 2022, based on information of presence of Terrorists in general area Singi, Security Forces conducted an operation to apprehend them.
Once the troops started establishing blocking positions in the area, the terrorists tried to escape from their hideout and opened fire onto security forces, in an intense exchange of fire two security personnel embraced Shahadat while one officer got injured, the ISPR statement mentioned.
2 terrorists belonging to BLF have been killed in ensuing heavy exchange of fire. These terrorists were involved in different security incidents in District Awaran and surroundings, it added.
In addition, arms and ammunition have also been recovered which were intended to be used by the terrorists for disrupting peace and security in the area.
During the operation, two valiant sons of soil identified as, Lance Havaldar Raj Wali Khan and Sepoy Usama Khan embraced Shahadat while one officer got injured
Security Forces, in step with the nation, remain determined to thwart attempts at sabotaging peace, stability and progress of Balochistan.
